Engineering Associate

Job DescriptionSupport senior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions and technical projectsAssist in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and system diagramsConduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities to identify and resolve technical issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to project planning and executionParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practicesDevelop and maintain technical solutions while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulationsSupport the troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems reported by clients or internal stakeholdersContribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancementsMaintain and update existing systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityParticipate in knowledge-sharing sessions and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trendsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field1-3 years of professional experience in engineering, software development, or a related technical roleStrong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript)Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practicesExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflowsAbility to read, write, and review technical documentation and codeExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
