Engineering DirectorJob Summary: The Engineering Director provides overall technical and engineering leadership for construction projects, ensuring successful delivery in accordance with approved designs, contracts, quality standards, budgets and schedules,.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage engineering and technical teams across multiple projects.Oversee design review, technical coordination, value engineering, and constructability.Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and contractual requirements.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.Monitor engineering progress, technical risks, resources, and project requirements.Resolve complex engineering issues and implement effective technical solutions.Establish engineering procedures and ensure quality and timely technical deliverables.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Civil or related discipline.Minimum 20+ years of engineering and construction experience.Extensive experience with construction/contracting companies and large-scale projects.Strong leadership, technical, project management, and commercial skills.
