Engineering Leader - BFS/Payments - Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to drive technology strategy, engineering excellence, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the BFS vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technology leadership, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing large engineering teams and delivering complex BFS solutions.18-22 years of experience in software engineering, delivery, and technology leadership.Minimum 8+ years of experience managing large engineering organizations.Strong experience leading teams of 100+ professionals across multiple programs.Proven success in BFS technology delivery and digital transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and modern architecture patterns.Expertise in Agile delivery models and engineering best practices.Preferred ExperienceExperience managing strategic BFS/ Payments clients globally.Exposure to large captive centers, global delivery models, and distributed teams.Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, revenue growth, and account expansion.Experience in AI-driven engineering practices and platform modernization initiatives.Interested candidates, please share your profile at: rnatarajan2671@altimetrik.com
