About the RoleWe are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and take ownership of both our existing AdTech products and the development of our next-generation AI applications.Our existing AdTech products are supported by experienced senior engineers. In this role, you will lead the team across engineering delivery, resource allocation, technical quality, and risk management, while working closely with senior engineers on key technical decisions.On the AI side, we are looking for someone who can remain hands-on when needed — contributing to technical planning, architecture design, and early-stage development of AI applications, while gradually building the team's capability to develop and maintain AI-powered products.What You'll DoLead and develop the engineering team, including team structure, resource allocation, goal setting, performance feedback, hiring, coaching, and onboarding.Own engineering delivery and regularly communicate project progress, key risks, technical issues, and recommendations to management.Establish and continuously improve engineering practices across requirement assessment, development, code review, testing, release, and technical documentation.Lead the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of our AdTech and Digital Advertising products, working closely with senior engineers on technical solutions, quality, delivery, and risk.Take a hands-on role in the technical planning, architecture, and development of AI applications using technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, APIs, and workflow automation.Translate business and product requirements into executable technical solutions, development scope, timelines, and resource plans, while evaluating feasibility, cost, and technical risks.Lead the investigation and resolution of major technical issues, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up improvements.Oversee IT, cloud, and engineering infrastructure, including servers, cloud services, AI tools/APIs, computing resources, third-party technical services, and related infrastructure.Continuously optimize technology costs and resource utilization while balancing system performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.What We're Looking For7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or engineering leadership role.Hands-on experience developing AI / LLM applications, with practical knowledge of LLM APIs, RAG, AI Agents, and tool/API integrations.Experience taking AI prototypes or PoCs into production-ready products or enterprise applications.Strong experience in backend development, system architecture, databases, API integrations, and cloud/infrastructure, with the ability to make sound architectural and technical decisions.Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including requirement breakdown, estimation, planning, development, testing, deployment, operations, and risk management.Strong engineering leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to balance business priorities, team capacity, development cost, technical quality, and delivery timelines.What You'll GainExpand beyond Advertising 產品，與資深工程師共同掌握技術方案、品質與交付風險。實際參與 AI Application 的技術規劃、架構設計與開發，運用 LLM、RAG、AI Agent、API 與 Workflow Automation 等技術推動 AI 應用落地。將產品與商業需求轉化為可執行的技術方案、開發範圍、時程及資源規劃，並評估技術可行性、成本與風險。負責重大技術問題的分析與處理，包括 Root Cause Analysis、改善方案與後續追蹤。負責 IT、Cloud 與研發技術資源的規劃及管理，涵蓋 Server、Cloud、AI Tool / API、運算資源、第三方技術服務及相關基礎設施。持續掌握技術資源使用量、效能與成本，主動提出並執行成本優化方案，在系統穩定性、擴充性與成本效益間取得平衡。我們希望你具備7 年以上軟體開發相關經驗，並具 3 年以上 Technical Lead、Engineering Manager 或研發團隊管理經驗。具 AI / LLM Application 實際開發經驗，熟悉 LLM API、RAG、AI Agent、Tool / API Integration 等常見架構與實作方式。具將 AI Prototype / PoC 建置為正式上線產品或企業應用系統的經驗。具 Backend、System Architecture、Database、API Integration 及 Cloud / Infrastructure 等實務經驗，能進行架構設計、技術評估、技術選型、資源與成本評估及問題分析。熟悉完整 Software Development
