Mulgrave, Melbourne (Hybrid: 3 days on-site) | Engineering Manager (.NET / SaaS)We are partnering with an Australian SaaS company entering an exciting new phase of growth.Following significant investment in their engineering capability, they’re continuing to expand the team as they scale their platform locally and internationally.The company builds software that helps automotive repair and insurance businesses operate more efficiently, with established products that are used throughout their customers’ day-to-day operations.They’re also investing heavily in the next evolution of the platform, including AI-powered estimating, workflow automation and intelligent business insights.As the engineering function grows, they’re now looking for an Engineering Manager who can bring together people leadership, technical direction and delivery ownership.About the roleThis is a hands-on Engineering Manager role for someone who wants to remain close to technology while building and developing a high-performing engineering team. You’ll take ownership across three key areas: people, technology and delivery. You’ll coach and develop engineers, provide technical direction, and take accountability for how your team delivers.
