Engineering Manager

Mandatory Skills & Experience12–15 years of overall software engineering experience, including leading engineering teamsStrong hands-on expertise in Python and PostgreSQLExcellent SQL skills, including query optimization and handling large datasetsProven experience managing and delivering Python-based products or platformsHands-on experience with cloud platforms (experience on GCP is a strong plus)Deep knowledge of Observability and Application Performance Management, including:Metrics, logs, and distributed tracingRoot cause analysis and performance tuningStrong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to clearly present technical concepts to business and leadership audiencesStrong ownership mindset with attention to quality, reliability, and customer impactComfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric SaaS environment
