Face to Face -(Monday ,Tuesday & Wednesday)Technical Skills Required:10+ years of experience in RESTful API development, server-side technologies, and cloud-based architectures.7+ Years experience in mobile native development3+ years of direct people management experience, including performance management, hiring, and coaching.Proven track record of success leading a development team in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where management of complex product requirements is a driver of successDemonstrated experience leading teams building and growing native mobile applicationsStrong knowledge of mobile development frameworks and tools, such as Kotlin, Swift, FirebaseExpertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microservices architecture, Mobile applications and distributed systems.Strong experience with Relational & NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) and middleware technologies.Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.Java+ Nodejs+ Currently Designated as Engineering Manager- Hands On
