This enables us to keep powering THG Ingenuity and our partners on a global scale.Key Must-Have SkillsStrong experience in payments ecosystems including gateways, wallets, UPI, cards, and BNPL.Deep understanding of checkout flows and transaction lifecycles.Experience handling high-volume, low-latency systems.Solid knowledge of fraud detection and prevention systems.Familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance and security best practices.Experience integrating with third-party payment providers.Strong system design skills for scalable and resilient financial systems.Ability to manage critical production incidents, including payment failures and outages.Proven experience leading teams in fintech or payment platforms.Data-driven mindset for conversion optimization and fraud reduction.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with global payments, including multi-currency and cross-border transactions.Exposure to risk engines or machine-learning-based fraud systems.Equal Opportunity StatementTHG Ingenuity is an equal opportunity employer.
