Hiring: Engineering Manager | Medical Device Manufacturing |We're partnering with a global medical device manufacturer to find an Engineering Manager to lead a growing CNC machining operation focused on high-precision metal components.This is a high-impact leadership role following an internal promotion, with strong visibility from senior leadership and a clear mandate to elevate engineering performance and support site expansion.What you’ll be doing:Lead and develop a team of approximately 14 engineers and technical specialistsDrive both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining operationsOversee CNC machining processes (milling, turning, lathes) in a regulated environmentPartner on new business quoting, DFM, and customer engagementChampion continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)Help shape site strategy, capital investments, and long-term growthWhat we’re looking for:Proven leadership experience in manufacturing engineeringStrong hands-on expertise in CNC machiningBackground in medical device (preferred) or another regulated industryExperience across both NPI and production/sustaining environmentsAbility to mentor and develop a growing teamNice to have:Experience in orthopedic medical devices (implants or instrumentation)
