Engineering Manager

You will balance people leadership with technical ownership: hiring and growing engineers, shaping architecture, and making sure the team delivers reliably.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and grow a team of 6–15 engineersOwn delivery of product features from design to production, on time and at high qualityGuide architecture and technical decisions for scalability, performance, and securityWork closely with Product and Design on roadmap planning and prioritizationSet engineering best practices for code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and monitoringHire strong engineers and build a culture of ownership and accountabilityTrack team health and delivery metrics, and remove blockersWhat We're Looking For8+ years of hands-on software development, with 2+ years as a manager or tech leadStrong background in backend, full-stack, or mobile development (Java, Go, Node.js, Python or similar)Experience designing distributed systems and working with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)Proven record of shipping products in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and people management skillsB.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science or a related fieldGood to HaveExperience in a product startup or scale-upExposure to microservices, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectureExperience scaling a team through rapid growthWhat We OfferCTC of ₹45–70 LPAA high-ownership role with real impact on the productOpportunity to build and scale a strong engineering teamFast-paced, engineering-first work cultureCompany details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
