Software Engineering ManagerLondon (Hybrid) | Permanent, Full-time | Reports to the CTOSalary: £120,000 - £130,000The roleOur client is evolving its engineering organisation into a modern, high-performing, scalable team, and needs an Engineering Manager to lead that shift. You'll sit between technology, strategy and leadership: setting the technical culture, building the capabilities the team needs, and embedding engineering best practices across the business.This is a hands-on leadership role.
