Engineering Manager

We are partnering with a global healthcare leader looking to scale their core engineering function and strengthen their leadership layer. We are currently searching for an Engineering Manager to take ownership of their flagship, customer-facing mobile application.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Building & Leadership: Hire, coach, and mentor a squad of 6–8 engineers, establishing high engineering standards and a collaborative culture.Technical Oversight: Provide leadership across React Native and native mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android)Stakeholder Alignment: Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder environments to translate digital roadmap requirements into scalable mobile features.Transformation: Lead the transition from third-party consultancy reliance to an empowered, permanent engineering function.What We’re Looking ForTechnical Background: Phands-on Mobile Engineer (React Native, iOS/Android)Leadership Track Record: Experience as an Engineering Manager or Lead scaling teams within large, complex environments.Mobile Ecosystem Expertise: Understanding of mobile architecture, including native SDK integrations.
