We envision: High-impact innovation hubs shaping global product and technology roadmaps Centers that go beyond support functions to drive core engineering and platform development Sustainable, scalable ecosystems that nurture world-class MedTech talent Capability centers that directly influence patient outcomes worldwide At its core, the ANSR MedTech Capability Center is about enabling innovation that touches lives at scale.Job Summary:As an Engineering Operations Technician I, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the lifecycle of engineering assets, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing, and issuing equipment and materials, assisting internal engineering teams with asset requests, and following documented processes that support accountability, traceability of assets, and logistics coordination. This position will report to the Laboratory Operations Manager in BangaluruResponsibilities:This position has no supervisory responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock, and reorder supplies as neededAdhere to 5S principles for organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.Diagnose and resolve technical issues while ensuring timely repair and replacement of faulty equipment Supports equipment preventative maintenance and calibration while maintaining equipment availability Coordinate logistics for equipment deployment Actively support a safe work environment, promote a safety culture, and maintain PPE.Writing clear and consistent documentation based on team principals and practices compliant with our quality practices.Required Skills and Competencies:Clearly and effectively communicates informationAbility to follow established procedures and/or methods with a moderate degree of supervisionApplies basic analytical and administrative/technical skills to perform routine activitiesEnsures accuracy and precision through strong attention to detailAbility to learn and adapt to new technologies.Assess workload and prioritize tasks effectively.Familiarity with various engineering equipment (e.g., lab instruments, testing devices)Office Software Proficiency (Word, Excel) and technical writing capabilities Work effectively with cross-functional teamsEducation and Experience:Higher Secondary Certificate with concentration in engineering and 0 - 4 years of relevant experience.Additional responsibilities and skills for Engineering Operations Technician:Intermediate Understanding of Android & iOS Operating SystemsAdditional Information:Ability to lift at least 30lbs.
