Engineering Project Manager II

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator IV to support engineering leadership and project teams working on commercial nuclear reactor projects. The selected candidate will coordinate engineering activities, project documentation, schedules, meetings, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and external engineering partners.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Engineering Managers, Project Managers, and Project Engineers with project planning and execution.Coordinate technical activities, deliverables, schedules, and project follow-ups.Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, presentations, procedures, meeting notes, and status updates.Plan and facilitate engineering meetings, including agendas, action items, follow-ups, and closure.Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, risks, and outstanding actions.Coordinate communication between engineering teams, stakeholders, and external partners.Maintain organized project files and technical information.Support quality, compliance, nuclear safety, and company documentation requirements.Identify project issues and assist with mitigation and resolution.Improve team workflows, information-sharing processes, and project efficiency using Lean principles.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of business experience.Strong experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with project management tools/software.Familiarity with Adobe/PDF editing.Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience in engineering, technical writing, quality, manufacturing, energy, power, nuclear, or other technical environments.Experience developing technical presentations using engineering specifications and information from subject matter experts.Experience coordinating teams across different locations.Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
