Engineering Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities:Deliver theoretical and practical training across various engineering and technical disciplines.Develop training materials, lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises.Provide hands-on training on engineering drawings, drafting techniques, and technical applications.Demonstrate the use of relevant engineering software, tools, and equipment.Conduct practical and theoretical assessments to evaluate trainees’ technical skills.Monitor trainees’ performance and provide technical guidance and constructive feedback.Maintain accurate training records and prepare progress and performance reports.Ensure training delivery aligns with required technical standards and industry practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.2+ years of experience in Engineering Training.Experience in multiple technical fields, such as:Civil Engineering DraftingMap and Plan DraftingDigital MappingElectrical DraftingMechanical DraftingArchitectural DraftingRoad and Structural DraftingHVAC and Plumbing DraftingTechnical Specifications DraftingDigital Cartography and Map PrintingArchitectural Models (Maquettes)Experience with relevant engineering drafting and design software.Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
