Engineering Trainee-UAE National (Emiratization)

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineering graduate to join our team as an Engineering Trainee. This opportunity is ideal for a fresh graduate with strong technical knowledge, a willingness to learn, and an interest in gaining practical engineering experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the engineering team with day-to-day technical activities and projects.Assist with reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Support equipment inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.Prepare technical reports, records, and project documentation.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure engineering tasks are completed accurately and on time.Follow up on pending actions and provide regular progress updates.Comply with all company health, safety, and quality requirements.Perform other engineering-related duties as required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience is not required.Good technical knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, power distribution, and engineering principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
