English And Arabic Teacher

Role Description This is a part-time, on-site English and Arabic Teacher role based in Sharjah. The teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons in both English and Arabic for learners with varying language levels, focusing on speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and maintaining a supportive classroom environment. The teacher will adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, organize small group activities and one-on-one support when needed, and collaborate with the team to align language training with Smart Travel UAE’s service standards. The role may also involve developing travel-related language modules and participating in internal training sessions.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong teaching and classroom management skills, including experience planning lessons, delivering instruction, and supporting diverse learners.Candidates should possess excellent bilingual communication skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written), and the ability to explain concepts clearly.Candidates should possess assessment and feedback skills, including the ability to evaluate language proficiency, track progress, and provide constructive guidance.Candidates should possess interpersonal and cultural awareness skills, including patience, empathy, and sensitivity to different backgrounds and learning needs.Relevant teaching certification, diploma in education, languages, or linguistics, or equivalent practical experience is highly beneficial.Prior experience teaching English and/or Arabic in a classroom or tutoring setting in the UAE or similar context is an advantage.Ability to work part-time on-site in Sharjah, with reliable time management and professional conduct.
