Reporting to the People Ops Director, you will collaborate closely with other business partners to implement innovative and engaging training programs that align with our business objectives.This role offers you the opportunity to make a sustainable impact on the company and elevate our definition of excellence to the next level. If you are an English speaker (as mother tongue language) with exceptional communication skills and someone who is passionate about human growth, we want to hear from you! *Expats are encouraged to apply, support in obtaining work permits will be provided for full-time applicants.WHAT YOU WILL DOProactively collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and develop tailored training programsDevelop and conduct interactive and engaging training programs on English language proficiency and effective (professional) communication skillsProvide individualized coaching and feedback to employees to support them embed theoretical materials into their professional practice and developmentFrequently assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training materials and methodologiesCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between training objectives and organizational goalsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOREnglish speaker from the UK, North America, or AustraliaBachelor's degree in an accredited college or university with at least 3 years of adult training/coaching experienceStrong proficiency in communication and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated experience in teaching English language and communication skills to ESL speakers, both individually and in groups is a plusKnowledge of effective English language learning techniques and methodologiesCertification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), CELTA, TESOL, English as a Second Language (ESL), or equivalent is a plusCommitment to at least 12 months of work at CrossianWHAT YOU CAN EXPECTAt Crossian, our people are the key to our success.
