The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on computer science, programming, and communication skills. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development, teaching students, and supporting their learning journey to acquire industry-relevant knowledge and skills. The role involves conducting interactive classes and assessments to help students prepare for formal employment.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Computer Science and ProgrammingProficiency in effective Communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in Curriculum Development for educational or skilling programsProven experience in Teaching and training, with a focus on student engagementBasic understanding of rural communities or willingness to adapt to on-site interaction in rural settingsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, English, Education, or related fieldsA creative and innovative approach to training and learning techniquesAbility to motivate and mentor students from diverse backgrounds
