Educators joining TGES become part of a collaborative community dedicated to impactful, learner-centered education.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Educator for IGCSE and ICSE boards, teaching Grades 6–10, based in Rajkot. The educator will design and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with IGCSE and ICSE curricula, focusing on reading, writing, grammar, literature, and communication skills. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves creating inclusive, student-centered learning experiences, differentiating instruction to meet diverse needs, and supporting learners in building critical thinking and language proficiency. The educator will also participate in school events, staff meetings, professional development activities, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance student outcomes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with proven experience in instructing Grades 6–10, preferably in IGCSE and/or ICSE curricula.Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured, goal-oriented lessons and support student learning progression.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to engage constructively with students, families, and colleagues.Candidates should possess classroom management abilities, student assessment skills, and a learner-centered approach that fosters critical thinking and creativity.Relevant bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; formal teacher training or certification is preferred.Experience working with adolescent learners, familiarity with modern pedagogical methods, and comfort integrating basic educational technology are beneficial.Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, professional ethics, and ongoing professional development is highly valued.
