Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting interactive classroom sessions, designing lesson plans aligned with program objectives, and using engaging teaching methods to build students’ proficiency in English. The role involves assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners in improving communication, comprehension, and presentation skills. The faculty member will collaborate with other trainers to refine content, contribute to curriculum enhancements, and ensure that teaching materials meet the needs of students aiming for top-tier tech careers. The position is based at FACE Prep’s Coimbatore location.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with a focus on language, communication, and soft skills relevant to placement training.Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development to design, update, and structure effective course content and learning materials.Candidates should possess a solid foundation in English Literature and Literature to enrich classroom discussions and contextual understanding.Candidates should possess knowledge of English Language pedagogy, classroom management, and learner-centered teaching approaches.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field are preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage diverse learners, and prior teaching or training experience in academic or corporate settings will be beneficial.Comfort with basic digital tools for presentations and learning management, and a collaborative mindset to work with multidisciplinary teams will be advantageous.
