The culture values innovation, continuous growth, and readiness for the challenges of tomorrow.Role Description The English Educator for IGCSE Board, Grades 5–10, will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with IGCSE curriculum standards. Responsibilities include planning and teaching English language and literature classes, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The educator will create inclusive classroom environments, support diverse learning needs, and foster critical thinking, reading, and writing skills. Collaboration with colleagues, participation in school activities, and communication with families to support student progress are also expected. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.Qualifications Strong foundation in Education and subject-matter expertise in English, preferably with experience in IGCSE or international curricula.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum alignment for Grades 5–10.Demonstrated Teaching and Training skills, including classroom management and learner-centered methodologies.Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage students, families, and colleagues.Relevant degree in English, Education, or a related field; formal teacher training or certification is an advantage.Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory educational practices.Experience working with middle and high school learners and supporting varied learning styles is beneficial.
