Aptech also focuses strongly on employability by providing placement assistance, workplace skills training, workshops, and job fairs to support students in building successful careers.Role Description:The English Language Faculty role at Aptech Pakistan is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. The faculty member will deliver English language classes, design and implement lesson plans, and adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning needs across IT and general education programs. Daily responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, conducting assessments, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student performance and attendance. The role also involves collaborating with academic teams on curriculum enhancements, integrating communication skills training into IT-focused courses, and participating in workshops and student support activities. The faculty member is expected to contribute to a professional, inclusive classroom environment that promotes language proficiency, critical thinking, and workplace-ready communication skills.Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience delivering language instruction to learners at varying proficiency levels.Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and English Teaching to design, refine, and implement effective English language course content.Candidates should possess knowledge of English Literature and Literature to enrich lessons with relevant texts, reading activities, and critical analysis.Candidates should have excellent spoken and written English communication skills, including grammar, vocabulary, and presentation abilities.Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, TESOL, or a related field, with prior teaching experience in academic or training environments.Candidates should demonstrate classroom management skills, familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, and the ability to use digital tools and learning platforms.Candidates with experience preparing learners for exams, certifications, or workplace communication, and an understanding of the needs of IT students, will be preferred.
