This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves planning lessons, preparing teaching materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The instructor will design activities that build speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, and integrate real-life scenarios to enhance language use. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and teaching practices, and participating in occasional workshops or meetings to support program development.Qualifications Strong skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching for diverse learner groups.Background in Education with the ability to apply effective instructional methods and classroom management techniques.Excellent Writing skills for developing lesson plans, learning materials, and clear learner feedback.Proficiency in spoken and written English at a near-native or native level.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an advantage.Experience teaching English in classroom or institutional settings, preferably with adult or mixed-age learners.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and support an inclusive learning environment.Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with a commitment to learner success and professional development.
