We are seeking to hire passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as Program Facilitator.Key Responsibilities :Reporting: Report directly to the National Training Manager.Instruction: Design and conduct differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of targeted learner groups.Project Management: Demonstrate strong capability in managing project timelines and deliverables.Data & Reporting: Collect, analyze and maintain data for tracking, monitoring and reporting purposes.Delivery: Exhibit excellent facilitation skills and a confident, engaging approach to lesson delivery.Attributes: Highly motivated, passionate about education and exceptionally well-organized.Responsibilities: Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.Passionate about education and willing to learn.Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.Experience in education, teaching, or training; bilingual experience is preferred.
