Team members join an international network focused on helping learners achieve their academic and career goals abroad.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Language Instructor role based in the Lahore District. The instructor will plan and deliver English language lessons that focus on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, aligned with recognized curricula and student needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support language development. The role involves designing learning activities and materials, maintaining accurate records of attendance and progress, and supporting students preparing for academic study in the UK or other English-speaking destinations. The instructor will collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods, participate in training sessions, and contribute to a supportive, learner-centered classroom environment.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Teaching.Candidates should possess solid knowledge and experience in Education, including curriculum development and assessment.Candidates should possess effective Writing skills for creating lesson materials, reports, and learner feedback.Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.Professional certifications in English language teaching (e.g., IELTS/PTE/Spoken English) are highly beneficial.Strong classroom management abilities and the capacity to engage diverse learners.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent are advantageous.Experience preparing students for academic studies or standardized English tests (e.g., IELTS) is a plus.
