Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing curriculum-aligned lessons, facilitating classroom discussions, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The educator will collaborate with colleagues to develop instructional materials, participate in school events, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, requiring regular interaction with students, staff, and families.Qualifications Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in English language and literature instruction.Ability to create effective Lesson Planning and curriculum design aligned with learning outcomes.Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English suitable for diverse learners.Experience in Training and mentoring learners, and supporting varied learning styles.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.Familiarity with student-centered and activity-based teaching methodologies.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory classroom practices and continuous professional development.Comfort using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
