English Language Teacher

We are looking for a passionate English Teacher who believes that teaching goes beyond the classroom. At Thursina IIBS, teachers are expected not only to deliver meaningful learning experiences, but also to accompany students throughout their learning journey and maintain constructive communication with parents.Success in this role means helping students grow in their English proficiency, confidence, learning habits, and character while creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, structured, and student-centred English lessons.Support students in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and provide meaningful feedback.Accompany and support students throughout their learning journey as part of the boarding school environment.Identify students’ individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.Maintain positive and professional communication with parents regarding their child’s learning progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic teams to continuously improve the quality of learning.Contribute to building a positive learning culture that encourages confidence, curiosity, discipline, and personal growth.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in English Education, English Literature, or a relevant field.Strong English proficiency in both spoken and written communication.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Passionate about teaching and working closely with young learners.Able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous professional development.Experience teaching at junior or senior secondary level is preferred.Experience with Cambridge or international curricula is an advantage.We are not simply looking for someone who can teach English.We are looking for an educator who can teach, guide, communicate, and grow alongside our students.
