TGES is driven by a commitment to overcome ignorance, pessimism, and cynicism, empowering learners of all ages to explore and achieve their full potential.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for English Language Teachers for Grades 5–8 under the IGCSE Board, located in Rajkot. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with IGCSE curriculum standards, focusing on language skills, literature, and critical thinking. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The role also involves creating inclusive classroom environments, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and school activities, communicating regularly with parents and guardians, and participating in professional development and school events.Qualifications Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing students in Grades 5–8 and familiarity with IGCSE or equivalent international curricula.Competence in Lesson Planning and Education practices, including designing age-appropriate, learner-centered lesson plans and assessments.Excellent Communication skills for clear classroom instruction, student guidance, collaboration with colleagues, and interaction with parents and guardians.Relevant degree in English, Education, or a related field; formal teacher training or certification is preferred.Experience creating inclusive, supportive classrooms that encourage diverse learners to participate and thrive.Ability to use basic educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.Strong organizational and classroom management skills, with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
