The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about teaching English, helping learners improve their communication skills, and creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to learners' proficiency levels.Develop lesson plans, learning materials, activities, and assessments to support effective learning.Improve learners' English speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary skills.Conduct interactive classroom activities, group discussions, and practical communication exercises.Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.Maintain a positive, inclusive, and learner-focused classroom environment.Monitor attendance, maintain training records, and support the successful delivery of training programs.Collaborate with the training team to ensure the quality and effectiveness of learning delivery.Qualification & RequirementHND or Degree in English, Education, or a related field. Final-year students are also encouraged to apply.Strong English communication skills.A genuine passion for teaching and supporting learners in developing their English proficiency.Experience in teaching adult learners will be an advantage.Ability to plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective lessons.Good interpersonal, presentation, and classroom management skills.Ability to communicate in Tamil will be considered an added advantage.
