The mentor will deliver engaging English language sessions focused on communication, grammar, vocabulary, writing, and soft skills needed for campus placements and professional success. Responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating learning materials, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback and guidance. The mentor will conduct classroom activities, workshops, and practice sessions that build confidence in speaking, presenting, and interview communication. The role also involves collaborating with academic coordinators to align training with industry expectations and supporting students in their overall career readiness.Qualifications Strong command of English language, including grammar, vocabulary, writing, and spoken communication.Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training students or early-career professionals in English and soft skills.Ability to design interactive lesson plans, create learning resources, and use modern teaching methodologies.Excellent classroom management, facilitation, and presentation skills, with a learner-centered approach.Comfort with basic digital tools and learning platforms for content delivery and student assessment.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field; a teaching certification or TESOL/TEFL is an advantage.Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and diverse student groups.Prior experience in employability training, campus placement preparation, or corporate communication training is a plus.
