About Nao NowNao Now is an online learning platform helping students build confidence, strengthen their communication skills, and develop a deeper understanding of the world through personalized, mentor-led lessons.We're Hiring Mentors!Do you enjoy helping teenagers explore new ideas, solve problems, and become more confident learners?We are looking for enthusiastic mentors based in the UAE to teach English, Science, and/or Math to students ages 13–18 through live online lessons.This opportunity is ideal for educators, tutors, university graduates, and subject-matter professionals who enjoy working with teenagers.What You'll DoLead engaging one-on-one lessons using Nao Now’s curriculum and materials.Teach English, Science, and/or Math in a clear and age-appropriate way.Encourage students to ask questions, express opinions, and explain their thinking.Support students in developing stronger academic and communication skills.Help students build confidence, critical-thinking skills, and independent learning habits.Create a respectful, encouraging, and supportive learning environment.What We're Looking ForStrong English communication skills.A bachelor’s degree or current university enrollment.Academic or professional experience in English, Science, Math, Education, or a related field.Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or working with teenagers is preferred.A confident, patient, and engaging personality.Ability to explain concepts clearly and encourage thoughtful discussion.Comfortable teaching online.Reliable internet connection and a suitable teaching environment.Consistent weekly availability.SubjectsMentors may apply to teach one or more of the following:EnglishScienceMathematicsSchedule & CompensationFully remote.Minimum of approximately 10 teaching hours per week.Consistent weekly availability for at least 3 months.Starting compensation of $20 USD per teaching hour.Lessons are approximately 25 minutes each, with payment based on completed lessons.Curriculum and teaching materials are provided.Why Join Nao Now?Teach motivated students ages 13–18.Help teenagers improve their confidence, academic skills, and communication.Enjoy flexible remote teaching opportunities.Use structured materials while bringing your own teaching style and expertise.Join a supportive international education team.If you are passionate about education and enjoy helping teenagers reach their potential, we would love to hear from you.
