English Second Language Instructor

Wall Street English Al Qatif is looking for a passionate and motivated English Second Language Instructor to join our team.This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Qatif, and the role is open to Saudi nationals only.The successful candidate will teach English to adult learners using the Wall Street English methodology and established learning materials, with a strong focus on practical communication, confidence, and real-world English skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging English lessons to adult learners.Facilitate small-group and individual learning sessions.Develop learners’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.Provide constructive feedback and individualized learning support.Monitor and track learner progress in line with program objectives.Conduct placement and level-assessment activities when required.Follow Wall Street English teaching methodology and curriculum standards.Support learner engagement, retention, and overall customer experience.Participate in center events, activities, and social clubs.Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.Make effective use of digital learning tools and educational technology.RequirementsSaudi national.Currently based in Al Qatif or able to commute to Al Qatif.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.Strong command of spoken and written English.Previous experience teaching English or working in an educational environment.Experience teaching adult learners is preferred.TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification is an advantage.Good understanding of English language teaching principles and classroom management.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Comfortable working with learners from diverse backgrounds.Reliable, professional, and committed to working in a full-time, on-site environment.Comfortable using digital learning platforms and technology.What We’re Looking For:We are looking for someone who is energetic, approachable, organized, and genuinely passionate about helping people improve their English.Experience in customer service, coaching, training, education, or working with adult learners will be considered an advantage.Location: Al Qatif, Eastern Province, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-time, On-siteNationality: Saudi nationals only
