The instructor will plan and deliver engaging ESL lessons that build learners’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in English. Daily responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, adapting curriculum to different proficiency levels, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, participating in school events, maintaining accurate records of student performance, and fostering an inclusive, respectful classroom environment that aligns with the school’s values.Qualifications Strong instructional skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language, with experience supporting multilingual learners.Demonstrated ability in Teaching and Curriculum Development, including designing lesson plans and assessments for diverse proficiency levels.Academic or practical background in Linguistics to support language acquisition and effective ESL methodologies.Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are highly beneficial.Experience teaching school-age learners in an international or multicultural setting, preferably following an international curriculum.Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive practices and student-centered learning.Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to enhance language instruction and track student progress.Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, engage with families, and contribute to the wider school community and its core values.
