Graduates have continued their academic and professional paths both in Ecuador and internationally, including the USA, Italy, Germany, France, Poland, Spain, and Argentina.Role Description The English Second Language Teacher will deliver engaging English lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels, following the school’s eco-constructivist methodology. Daily responsibilities include planning and implementing lesson plans, preparing classroom materials, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support language development. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to align teaching practices with institutional goals and participate in meetings, trainings, and school events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quito Norte, requiring daily presence at the school and active involvement in the academic community.QualificationsStrong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience supporting learners of different ages and levels.Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including the ability to design structured, interactive, and student-centered lessons.Knowledge of Teaching English as a Foreign Language methodologies and familiarity with IELTS preparation or similar international exams.Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Applied Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent teaching qualification).Relevant teaching certifications are highly beneficial.Clear, accurate English communication skills and ability to explain concepts in an accessible way.Experience working in school settings and willingness to support institutional activities and events.Strong classroom management, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory teaching practices.Quito - EcuadorMore info: contacto@liceolaalborada.edu.echttps://wa.me/message/DLF4NSO6UTZQK1
