Students benefit from a premium and flexible learning experience delivered in person, online, or through a blended format.Role Description:We are seeking a full-time English Teacher to join our team in Aix-en-Provence. This is an on-site position working primarily with adult learners and corporate clients.The successful candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons in accordance with the Wall Street English method. Classes include both group and one-to-one sessions delivered in person and, where required, online.Key responsibilities include:Preparing for and delivering interactive, learner-focused English lessonsFacilitating group classes and one-to-one sessions for adult learners and corporate clientsAdapting teaching techniques to different levels, learning needs, and professional objectivesMonitoring learner performance and providing clear, constructive feedbackEncouraging and motivating learners throughout their trainingMaintaining accurate records of attendance, participation, and learner progressCollaborating closely with teachers, coaches, reception staff, and management to support learner engagement and retentionContributing to a welcoming, professional, and inclusive learning environmentParticipating in training sessions, meetings, and other center activities as required

Qualifications

Excellent command of English, ideally at native or near-native proficiency (C2 level)Previous experience teaching English as a foreign or second language, preferably to adultsA recognized teaching qualification, such as CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or an equivalent certificationA degree in Education, Languages, English, or another relevant field is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to deliver engaging, structured, and learner-focused classesConfidence teaching both group and one-to-one sessionsStrong classroom-management and learner-motivation skillsCultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with learners from varied professional and personal backgroundsReliability, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a teamConfidence using digital learning platforms and videoconferencing toolsSufficient French-language ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and navigate a French-speaking workplace is an advantageAvailability to work on site in Aix-en-Provence, including some evenings and Saturdays, according to the center’s scheduleValid authorization to live and work in France for the proposed employment arrangement
