The Raipur center offers a professional environment where educators collaborate to develop industry-ready communication and service skills in learners.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Second Language Teacher based at the Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training in Raipur. The teacher will design and deliver engaging English language lessons focused on communication skills relevant to aviation, hospitality, and customer service. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve language proficiency. The role may involve preparing learners for standardized English tests such as IELTS and supporting their spoken, written, and business communication skills. The teacher will coordinate with other faculty members to align language training with the institute’s overall vocational curriculum and maintain a supportive, inclusive learning environment.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language skills.Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and general Teaching skills.Candidates should possess experience with IELTS preparation and related English assessment methods.Relevant degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.TEFL/TESOL or similar certification would be an advantage.Strong spoken and written English communication skills and the ability to teach in a multicultural classroom.Work Experience of 12 year plus.Experience in vocational or professional skills training, especially in aviation or hospitality, is beneficial.Ability to use modern teaching aids and basic digital tools to enhance classroom learning.
