In addition to counselling and visa services, Future Link Consultants offers comprehensive test preparation and language training, including English language proficiency courses for major international exams.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Second Language Teacher role based in Vadodara. The teacher will deliver English language lessons to learners preparing for international study, immigration, and standardized tests such as IELTS and other English proficiency exams. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging classroom sessions, assessing learners’ language skills, providing individualized feedback, and tracking progress. The role also involves preparing teaching materials, aligning lessons with exam requirements and internal curricula, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. Collaboration with counsellors and other trainers to support learners’ overall study abroad and immigration objectives is an important aspect of this position.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language skills, with the ability to teach diverse learner groups.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Teaching skills to design structured, outcome-focused classes and learning activities.Candidates should possess IELTS-related teaching skills, including familiarity with test formats, scoring criteria, and exam strategies.
