Location: Bradford, WIJob Type: Contract | Full-TimeStart Date: ASAPAssignment: October 5, 2026 – June 4, 2027Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:10 AM–3:10 PMHours: 37.5 hours/weekPay Rate: $2,000/ Week (Traveler) | $45/hr on W2 all inclusive (Local)Contract: 35 weeksCaseload: Approximately 30–40 studentsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a licensed ESL Teacher to support multilingual learners at a high school in the Bradford, Wisconsin area.The ESL Teacher will work with a diverse group of high school students and provide English-language instruction and academic support to help multilingual learners build their communication skills and succeed in the classroom.ResponsibilitiesProvide ESL/English-language instruction to high school students.Support multilingual learners in developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.Adapt instruction to meet varying English-language proficiency levels.Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and school leadership.Monitor student progress and provide appropriate instructional support.Maintain a positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environment.Support students in accessing grade-level academic content.RequirementsActive Wisconsin 1395 ESL/Teacher License required.Previous ESL, ELL, or multilingual learner teaching experience preferred.Experience working with high school students preferred.Strong communication and classroom-management skills.Ability to work Monday–Friday on a full-time school-year schedule.Commitment to supporting students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.Assignment DetailsPosition: ESL Teacher
