Job PurposeDeliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students, focusing on the development of grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills.Main DutiesDeliver high-quality English lessons that cater to a variety of student learning styles and abilities.Use a range of teaching methods, including direct instruction, group work, discussions, and the integration of digital tools to enhance language acquisition.Maintain an organized, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.Plan and prepare lessons in alignment with the English curriculum designed by the Head of English Section.Incorporate literature, grammar, vocabulary, and composition activities to meet educational standards and learning objectives.Adapt lesson plans based on the needs and abilities of students, ensuring differentiated instruction.Develop, administer, and grade a variety of assessments (quizzes, exams, projects) to monitor student progress in English.Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and improvement.Analyze assessment data to identify areas of strength and areas needing improvement, adjusting instructional strategies accordingly.
