Xplain AI combines technology and pedagogy to help educators deliver personalized and motivating learning journeys.Role Description The English Teacher (All Experience Levels) at Xplain AI will deliver engaging English language lessons to students ages 6–18, using the company’s story-driven and AI-supported learning tools. This full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt involves planning and facilitating lessons, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support language development in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. The teacher will adapt instructional strategies to different age groups and proficiency levels, integrate Xplain AI’s digital content into classroom activities, and maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment. The role also includes collaborating with colleagues on curriculum enhancements, participating in training sessions, and communicating regularly with caregivers and school staff about student performance.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to support learners across multiple age and proficiency levels.Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills for designing structured, engaging, and age-appropriate learning experiences.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with students, caregivers, and colleagues.Familiarity with educational technology, digital learning tools, or AI-supported instruction is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred; relevant teaching certifications are an advantage.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching and the ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt on a full-time basis.
