Responsibilities

Mandatory – 6-7 years of teaching experience, preferably in ESL/EFL or English language training.Plan and deliver structured English lessons aligned with approved curricula and learning outcomes.Deliver General English, Workplace English, Business English and Technical English training.Develop lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, exercises and digital learning resources.Prepare learning materials using workplace terminology and practical examples.Incorporate areas such as safety instructions, toolbox talks, shift handovers and workplace reporting language into relevant lessons.Adapt teaching methods, content, pacing and activities according to learner proficiency levels.Apply differentiated instruction to support learners with different abilities and learning needs.Develop remedial and supplementary learning activities where required.Use CEFR levels and descriptors when developing and adapting learning activities.Conduct placement, diagnostic, formative and summative assessments.Assess learners' speaking, listening, reading and writing competencies.Maintain accurate learner assessment, attendance and progress records.Prepare English language performance reports and provide constructive feedback.Support learners requiring additional language coaching and development.Maintain an engaging, professional, inclusive and learner-centred learning environment.Continuously review and update learning materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
