English Teacher (Native-Level English Speaker) – Arabic Speaker📍 Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates💼 Job Type: Full-time🏫 Work Mode: In-person (Language Institute)📅 Start Date: Immediate JoiningAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and qualified Native-Level English Teacher (Arabic Speaker) to join our language institute in Dubai. This role is ideal for experienced ESL/EFL teachers who are committed to delivering high-quality English language instruction in a professional, supportive, and student-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to students' individual learning needs.Teach all core language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.Develop and adapt lesson plans based on students' proficiency levels, goals, and progress.Create interactive classroom activities and learning materials to enhance student engagement.Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, tests, and ongoing evaluations.Provide timely, constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.Monitor, record, and report student attendance, progress, and performance.Build students' confidence, fluency, and communication skills in English.Encourage active participation, critical thinking, and independent learning.Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic progress when required.Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and curriculum development.Stay updated with modern ESL/EFL teaching methodologies and best practices.RequirementsFirst language must be English (Native-Level English Speaker).Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills.Proven experience teaching English (ESL/EFL experience preferred).Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Experience teaching students of various age groups and proficiency levels.Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.Patient, enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about education.Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or an equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage.What We OfferProfessional and supportive working environment.Opportunity to teach diverse students in a well-established language institute.Career growth and professional development opportunities.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their CV via WhatsApp to:📱 +971 56 505 6020Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
