We value innovation, inclusive education, and the use of digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, primarily teaching Early Years children through Little Skoolz's English and reading programmes.The English Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons focused on phonics, early reading, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, and beginning writing skills. The role also includes curriculum planning, assessing children's progress, preparing teaching materials, maintaining a positive classroom environment, communicating with parents, and supporting school activities.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.Experience teaching English to preschool or Early Years children.Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development, including letter sounds, phonemic awareness, blending, decoding, and early reading skills. Familiarity with Letterland, Jolly Phonics, or similar phonics-based programmes is an advantage.Strong lesson planning and curriculum planning skills, with the ability to develop engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, nurturing learning environment.Patient, creative, energetic, and passionate about working with young children.Familiarity with educational technology is an advantage.Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
