English Teacher

English 1 Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, effective, and age-appropriate English lessons to young learners and teenagers. The teacher is expected to create a positive and supportive classroom environment, help students build confidence in using English, and support the academic goals of the center.The role requires strong lesson preparation, classroom management, communication skills, and commitment to student progress. The teacher will also work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth learning experience for students and parents.Requirements:* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in English Education, English Literature, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.* Strong English proficiency, preferably minimum C1 level or equivalent.* Experience teaching children or teenagers is preferred.* Good classroom management and communication skills.* Friendly, responsible, dependable, and professional.* Able to work on weekends and follow the center’s teaching schedule.* Willing to follow English 1 curriculum, methodology, policies, and safeguarding standards.Preferred Qualifications:* Experience teaching in an English course, school, or international education setting.* Familiarity with young learner teaching methods.* Ability to create engaging classroom activities.* Strong teamwork and willingness to support center activities beyond regular teaching hours.
