Al-Sherouk welcomes partnerships with organizations seeking a trusted recruitment partner in Egypt.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based in Saudi Arabia. The English Teacher will deliver engaging English language lessons, following the curriculum and adapting teaching materials to meet diverse student needs and levels. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, preparing instructional resources, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of performance and attendance. The role involves creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language development. The English Teacher will collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on educational initiatives, attend meetings and training sessions, and contribute to extracurricular or enrichment activities related to English language learning.Qualifications Strong instructional skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with a solid understanding of Education practices.Ability to design and implement effective Lesson Planning aligned with curriculum goals and student learning outcomes.Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage learners of different ages and backgrounds.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a teaching certificate or relevant professional training is preferred.Previous classroom teaching experience, ideally in Saudi Arabia or the wider Gulf region, and familiarity with local educational standards is an advantage.Demonstrated classroom management skills, cultural sensitivity, and a student-centered approach to teaching.Ability to use basic educational technology and digital tools to support teaching and learning.Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia, work on-site, and comply with local regulations and institutional policies.
