Levels Academy is a Cambridge partner modern English language center in Tbilisi with two locations and a growing community of students.Our academy provides a wide range of courses, including General and Business English, conversation-focused classes, and preparation for international exams such as IELTS, FCE/CAE, and TOEFL.English Language Academy - Levels is currently seeking qualified Georgian and native speaker teachers of English as a second language.The candidates should be confident in teaching both adults and young learners across all proficiency levels, from Beginner to Advanced.We offer two flexible payment models to suit your preferences: a Fixed Monthly Salary for consistent income or a Flexible Hourly Rate for those seeking a more adaptable schedule.Option 1: Fixed Salary EmploymentThis model provides a stable, guaranteed income from September through May, with a transition to performance-based pay during the summer months.Schedule: 8-hour workday (includes 6.5 hours of teaching)Summer Period: Performance-based payment applies during June, July, and August.Monthly Net Salary Tiers:** 2 days/week (8 days/month): 1, 000-1, 200 GEL** 3 days/week (12 days/month): 1, 500-1, 800 GEL** 5 days/week (20 days/month): 2, 500-3, 000 GELOption 2: Flexible Hourly ScheduleFor those who prefer a non-traditional schedule or variable hours, we offer an hourly compensation model.Rate: 20-35 GEL per hour (Net (take-home pay).General Duties:** Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to different age groups and levels** Conducting both group and one-to-one lessons (individual)** Preparing teaching materials and handouts** Managing the classroom effectively** Maintaining discipline** Creating a dynamic and interactive learning environmentQualification Requirements: Minimum 2 years of teaching experienceRequired Skills:** Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility** Good organizational and time management skills** Ability to work independently and as part of a team** Creative and positive teaching approachApplication:To apply, please send your CV/resume with a photo and a short cover letter to: hr@levels.ge
