معلم لغة إنجليزية لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة | Early Years English Teacherجهة العمل: أكاديمية الرواد انترناشونال (RIA)الموقع: سيهات، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعوديةنوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل، حضوريالمراحل: KG1 – KG3ملخص الوظيفةتسعى أكاديمية الرواد انترناشونال إلى استقطاب معلم لغة إنجليزية للانضمام إلى فريق الطفولة المبكرة في سيهات. تقدم الأكاديمية برنامجا تعليميا مستوحى من إطار EYFS، يركز على التعلم من خلال اللعب، وتنمية اللغة، وتعزيز مهارات الأطفال الاجتماعية والمعرفية في بيئة آمنة ومحفزة.سيكون شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولا عن تخطيط وتنفيذ أنشطة تعليمية مناسبة لأعمار الأطفال من 3 إلى 6 سنوات، ودعم تطورهم اللغوي والتواصل مع أولياء الأمور والفريق الأكاديمي. ويتحقق النجاح في هذا المنصب من خلال توفير تجربة تعليمية تفاعلية، ومتابعة تقدم كل طفل، والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف البرنامج التعليمي للأكاديمية.المسؤولياتتخطيط وتنفيذ أنشطة اللغة الإنجليزية المناسبة لمراحل KG1 وKG2 وKG3، بما يتوافق مع الخطة التعليمية المعتمدة.تطوير مهارات الاستماع والتحدث والمفردات والوعي الصوتي من خلال القصص والألعاب والأغاني والأنشطة التفاعلية.إعداد خطط الدروس والمواد التعليمية وتكييف الأنشطة لتلبية الفروق الفردية واحتياجات التعلم المختلفة.إدارة البيئة الصفية بأساليب إيجابية تعزز المشاركة والاستقلالية والاحترام المتبادل.ملاحظة تقدم الأطفال وتوثيق تطورهم وإعداد التقييمات والتقارير المطلوبة.التعاون مع الإدارة الأكاديمية والمعلمين لتنسيق الأنشطة وتحقيق أهداف التعلم.التواصل المهني مع أولياء الأمور بشأن تقدم الأطفال واحتياجاتهم التعليمية وفق قنوات الأكاديمية المعتمدة.الالتزام بسياسات حماية الطفل والسلامة والصحة والإجراءات الداخلية المعتمدة.المشاركة في الاجتماعات والتطوير المهني والفعاليات التعليمية ذات الصلة بالوظيفة.المؤهلاتدرجة بكالوريوس في التربية، أو اللغة الإنجليزية، أو تخصص ذي صلة، مع مؤهل تربوي مناسب عند الحاجة.إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثا وكتابة بطلاقة يمكن من تقديم التعليم والتواصل المهني بفعالية.خبرة في تدريس مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة أو رياض الأطفال، ويفضل وجود خبرة في بيئات تعليمية دولية.معرفة بمبادئ التعلم المبكر والتعلم القائم على اللعب، ويفضل الإلمام بإطار EYFS.القدرة على إعداد خطط تعليمية وأنشطة متنوعة وتقييم تقدم الأطفال.مهارات تواصل وتعاون وتنظيم وإدارة صفية ممتازة.القدرة على استخدام الأدوات الرقمية التعليمية وتوثيق الملاحظات والتقارير.الالتزام بمتطلبات التأهيل المهني والتصاريح النظامية ذات الصلة بالعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.تلتزم أكاديمية الرواد انترناشونال بتقييم المتقدمين بناء على المؤهلات والكفاءات ومتطلبات الوظيفة، وبما يتوافق مع الأنظمة المعمول بها.⁩Early Years English TeacherEmployer: Al Rwad International Academy (RIA)Location: Saihat, Eastern Province, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-time, On-siteLevels: KG1 – KG3Job SummaryAl Rwad International Academy is seeking an Early Years English Teacher to join its early childhood education team in Saihat. The Academy offers an educational programme inspired by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), focusing on play-based learning, language development, and the enhancement of children's social and cognitive skills within a safe and stimulating environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities for children aged 3 to 6, supporting their language development, and maintaining effective communication with parents and the academic team. Success in this role will be demonstrated through engaging learning experiences, consistent monitoring of each child's progress, and meaningful contributions to the Academy's educational objectives.ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver age-appropriate English language activities for KG1, KG2, and KG3 in accordance with the approved educational programme.Develop children's listening, speaking, vocabulary, and phonological awareness skills through stories, games, songs, and interactive activities.Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials, adapting activities to accommodate individual differences and diverse learning needs.Manage the classroom using positive approaches that promote participation, independence, and mutual respect.Observe and document children's development and prepare the required assessments and progress reports.Collaborate with academic management and fellow teachers to coordinate activities and achieve learning objectives.Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress and educational needs through the Academy's approved communication channels.Comply with child safeguarding, health, safety, and internal policies and procedures.Participate in relevant meetings, professional development activities, and educational events.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field, with an appropriate teaching qualification where required.Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, sufficient to deliver effective teaching and professional communication.Experience teaching early childhood or kindergarten, preferably within an international educational environment.Knowledge of early learning principles and play-based learning; familiarity with the EYFS framework is preferred.Ability to develop educational plans, deliver varied learning activities, and assess children's progress.Excellent communication, collaboration, organisational, and classroom management skills.Ability to use digital educational tools and maintain accurate observations and reports.Compliance with the professional qualification and legal authorisation requirements applicable to employment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Al Rwad International Academy is committed to evaluating applicants based on their qualifications, competencies, and the requirements of the role, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
