Joining Akro Center means working in a collaborative setting with a focus on quality education and continuous development.Role Description The English Teacher will deliver engaging lessons to learners of various ages and proficiency levels, following Akro Center’s curriculum and teaching standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and preparing lessons, conducting in-class activities, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching materials, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania.Qualifications Strong English Teaching and general Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct diverse age groups and proficiency levels.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured, learner-centered lessons and assessments.Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and build rapport with students and colleagues.Relevant academic background in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.Previous experience teaching English in a classroom or language center setting is highly beneficial.Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technology tools.Ability to maintain an inclusive, respectful, and motivating learning environment.
