Since March 2012, Sinotif has expanded to 20 branches across Jakarta and Tangerang, offering a structured and supportive learning environment for both students and educators.Role Description The English Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Bekasi, responsible for teaching English to students of various grade levels and educational backgrounds. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering engaging lessons, developing and updating lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will create a supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and helps students improve grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills. The role also involves collaborating with other educators, communicating with parents or guardians as needed, and maintaining accurate records of student performance and attendance. The English Teacher is expected to uphold Sinotif’s standards of excellence and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methods and materials.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with experience instructing students at multiple grade levels.Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured, curriculum-aligned learning activities.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with students, colleagues, and parents.Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Education, English Literature, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.Prior classroom or tutoring experience, ideally within national or international school systems, is highly beneficial.Ability to manage diverse classrooms, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, and use educational technology effectively.Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a commitment to student development and inclusive teaching practices.
